QUALITY
In Fluentis ERP, quality management is represented by all those procedures aimed at providing concrete organizational support both in the context of product realization or service delivery, as well as in managing staff engaged in achieving the objectives of the quality policy.
Area Modules
External Origin Documents
Allows for the cataloging, management of editions/revisions, and their distribution (both in paper and electronic format) to the company functions that are interested in viewing such documents.
Enables the cataloging of regulations and laws of business interest.
Internal Origin Documents
Allows for the cataloging, management of editions/revisions, and their distribution (both in paper and electronic format) to the company functions that are interested in viewing such documents.
Grouping of questions/activities used for evaluations of suppliers or internal audits.
Item Controls
Catalogs all the information that describes the characteristics of the associated products as suitable for a contract, a functional specification, or a specific use.
It is possible to predefine the controls to be performed during the lifecycle of an item: from incoming material checks, returns from subcontractors, to checks during the production cycle of an item: before, during, and after the creation of the product.
Allows for the recording of measurements made, the values detected, and the consequent indication of the compliance or non-compliance of the material, semi-finished product, or controlled product.
Certifies that a certain item conforms to the characteristics specified in the Data Sheet or in the Customer's specifications, also certifying the checks carried out on the product, compliance with the limits indicated in the Control Plans, and accompanies the sale of the product.
Complaints and Non-compliance
Are used to express dissatisfaction regarding a service or product, allowing the company to recognize and correct any issues. They are a tool for improving quality and maintaining a good relationship with customers.
Non-Compliance (to suppliers, internal and to customers)
Are used to identify and document deviations from established standards or requirements. This process helps ensure that products, services, or processes are corrected and improved to maintain quality and safety. It also facilitates the adoption of corrective actions to prevent future issues.
Corrective Actions
Are measures taken to resolve issues or deviations in processes and prevent their recurrence. They are implemented after the identification of a problem, analyzing the root cause, and making changes to improve future performance. They are essential for maintaining and improving quality and efficiency in business processes.
Calibration Tools
The measurement tools used to ensure the suitability of products and the delivery of services offered are stored.
Internal calibrations and calibration certificates can be recorded.
Supplier Qualification
The "subjective" method is manual and is typically used for initial assessments and subsequent evaluations.
Periodic Ratings on Non-Compliance
The "objective" method is based on the weight of defects assigned to Non-Compliance to Suppliers and is commonly used for periodic assessments.
Quality Modules in Other Areas
Other modules that are part of Quality but included in other areas:
Employees - Training Courses
These are templates of courses that are carried out either recursively or not: upon hiring new employees, when changing their roles, periodically for renewals required by laws and regulations.
Provide information regarding the execution of Information, Training, and Instruction courses for employees.
Employees - P.P.E. Deliveries/Returns
Allows for the registration of deliveries and returns of Personal Protective Equipment to Employees.
The Quality Management System aims to record and manage activities related to the specifications indicated in the ISO 9001 standard.
In Fluentis ERP, Quality Management is natively integrated with the procedures of Purchasing Management, Production, Design, Logistics Management, and the Staff Management involved.
