Introduction
Managed Documents
External Origin Documents
The management of external origin documents allows for: cataloging, managing editions/revisions, and their distribution (both in paper and electronic format) to the business functions interested in viewing such documents.
We list some examples of external origin documents that can be cataloged: User manuals and machinery and plant maintenance, Regulations, Laws, Specific magazines, etc.
The information on where the originals are stored and the ability to attach electronic copies allows for immediate traceability and consultation with a simple mouse click.
Standard reporting is available for: Internal Document and Documents attached to the document management.
