Solution Proposals

The table is located in the path Tables > Quality > Complaints and Non-Compliance > Solution Proposals.

In this table, it is possible to codify the Technical/Management Decisions that have been made to resolve the Defects Detected.
Some examples of using Solution Proposals can be found in the management of:

Claims - in the tab Defect Management > Defective Data;
Non-compliance - in the tab Defect Management > Defective Data.

The table allows for inserting new records or searching for existing ones to view, modify, or delete them.

Solution Proposals Search

The form consists of a filtering area and a results area. Once all desired filters are set, simply click the Search button to display the results in the results grid.

Insert Solution Proposals

To insert new Solution Proposals, you must click on the first empty row in the grid or press the New button.
For the new record, at least the mandatory fields required by the program must be entered: Code and Description.

Solution Proposals

It is the list where the main information of the Solution Proposal is entered.
The list consists of the following information:

Code: it is the code of the Solution Proposal.
Solution Proposal Description: it is the description of the Solution Proposal.
Score for Supplier Qualification Index Calculation: it is the deduction score of the Bonus used during the Periodic supplier non-compliance rating.
Active: indicates whether the decision is still valid and usable.
Notes: free notes.

Subjects Involved

In this list, it is possible to associate Company functions and/or Employees for their involvement in the management of Claims and Non-compliance.
Upon indicating the Solution Proposal, these stakeholders will be proposed in the list of Subjects involved in the aforementioned managements. The list consists of the following information:

Sequence: it is the sequence of involvement of the subject for the selected "Solution Proposal".
Company Function: it is the code of the Company Function to be involved.
Company Function Description: it is the description of the Company Function to be involved.
Employee: it is the code of the Employee to be involved.
Full Name: it is the surname and first name of the Employee to be involved.
Subject Description: it is the free description of a non-coded subject to be involved.
Reason for Involvement: it is the free description of the reason that will be proposed in the list of Subjects involved in the management of Claims and Non-compliance.
