Introduction

The Tables of the Administrative Area concern the different modules of the aforementioned Area.

They hold the basic data and configurations that will be referenced in all operational procedures.

Attention

Failing to manage this basic data could prevent the effective use of the ERP in the relevant area.

Example

An example of basic data is represented by Account Types, which are the types of accounting accounts necessary to subsequently define the chart of accounts and all its connections, or VAT rates, necessary for managing accounting entries, as well as purchase and sales documents.

Proper and necessary parameterization will allow for both the definition of the management of the relevant module and the opportunity to take advantage of certain automations.

The accounting tables can be found in Configuration > Tables > Administrative.

The administrative area is greatly impacted by the benefits derived from the activation of the Fast Start procedure.

Starting from the chart of accounts, which is initialized according to a standard scheme, various tables are linked to it according to different hierarchical levels, from Accounting Templates to VAT rates, etc.
