Ticket Parameters for user

In this form, it is possible to enter some default data to be proposed when different operators enter tickets.

User: contains the pre-coded operator for whom to propose the subsequent data at the time of entering a New ticket (Nuovo ticket) by this operator.
Type: contains the ticket Type to propose for this operator.
Account/Sub-account/Description: contains the customer to propose in the ticket for the entered operator.
Project: contains the project to be entered in the ticket for the entered operator.
These data will be editable at the time of ticket entry.
