Company Functions
The table is located at Tables > Quality > General > Company Functions.
A company function refers to a group of employees/users or work centers that perform homogeneous activities.
In this table, it is possible to codify the Company Functions used in most management processes in the Quality area to indicate: the function responsible for the document; the function that can perform or that performs certain types of activities, etc.
The table allows for the entry of new records or the search for existing ones to view, modify, or delete them.
Search Company Functions
The form consists of a filter area and a result area. Once all desired filters are set, simply click the Search button to display the results within the result grid.
Insert Company Functions
To enter new Company Functions, it is necessary to click in the grid on the first empty row or press the New button.
For the new record, at least the required mandatory fields must be filled in: Code and Description.
Company Functions
This is the list where the main information of the Company Function is entered.
The list consists of the following information:
Code: is the code of the Company Function.
Company Function Description: is the description of the Company Function.
Role: is the code of the A.R.M. Role
Role Description: is the description of the A.R.M.
Reason for involvement in Claims: it is possible to indicate any involvement in specific/characteristic Claims of the Company Function; these will be automatically reported in the Claims upon the involvement of the Company Function.
Reason for involvement in Non-compliance: it is possible to indicate any involvement in specific/characteristic Non-compliance of the Company Function; these will be automatically reported in the Non-compliance upon the involvement of the Company Function.

Employees and Users Associated with the Function
In this list, it is possible to associate the Employees and/or Users that are part of the selected Company Function.
The list consists of the following information:
Employee
User: is the code of the Employee.
Surname: is the surname of the Employee.
Name: is the name of the Employee.User
Name: is the code of the A.R.M. User
Description: is the description of the A.R.M. UserValidity
Default: only one subject can be the default subject; the default subject will be the one proposed, where expected, as the contact person for the Company Function.
Active: indicates whether the subject is still part of the Company Function.
Validity start: is the date from which the subject becomes part of the Company Function.
Validity end: is the date from which the subject ceases to be part of the Company Function.Notes: free annotations.
Work Centers
The Company Functions can also take on productive roles and identify Work Centers or their groups.
In this list, it is possible to associate the Work Centers that are part of the selected Company Function.
The list consists of the following information:
Work Center: is the code of the Work Center.
Work Center Description: is the description of the Work Center.
