Severity

It is a descriptive table to indicate the Severity of the ticket that can be used during the entry of a ticket in the CRM. It is common to all companies present in the database and consists of a simple code/description table. It is composed of a filter section where you can search through the code or the description of the severity, and a grid in which all the types of severity entered will be listed.
