Multiple Items Insert
The management can be found along the path Quality > Item Controls > Control Plans > Procedures > Multiple Items Insert.
This procedure allows for the massive assignment of Items to Control Plans. To use the Insert function, it is necessary to:
- from the Item tab, choose the Items to be assigned;
- from the Control Plans tab, choose the Control Plans;
- click the Insert button.
Items
In this tab, it is possible to search for and select the items that you want to insert massively into the Control Plans and selectable in the corresponding tab.
The session consists of a filter area and a results area. Once all desired filters are set, just click the Search Items button to view the results in the results grid.
Specific buttons:
Search Items
Based on the set filter, results will be displayed in the results grid.
Choose Control Plans
Pressing this button will automatically take you to the Control Plans tab.
Control Plans
In this tab, it is possible to search for and select the Control Plans to which you want to massively insert the Items selectable in the corresponding tab.
The session consists of a filter area and a results area. Once all desired filters are set, just click the Search Control Plans button to view the results in the results grid.

Choose Items
Pressing this button will automatically take you to the Items tab.
Insert
The selected Items will be associated with the selected Control Plans in their respective tabs with the information indicated in the Parameters tab.
Parameters
In this tab, you can indicate some information that will be proposed during the insertion of Items into Control Plans.
