Complaint Search

The filter is located on the path Quality > Complaints and Non-Compliance > Complaints.

The data filter allows you to enter new Complaints or search for existing ones to view, modify, or delete them.

Search Complaints

The form consists of a filter area and a result area. Once all desired filters are set, simply click the Search button to display the results within the result grid.

Insert Complaints

To enter new Complaints, it is necessary to press the New button.

Modify or View Complaints

To open the management of the result grid, you need to double-click on the row of interest or, by selecting one or more rows, press the Modify or View buttons.
