Interruption Reasons
The table allows for the management of coding the different types of Interruption Reasons.
It enables the insertion of new records or the search for existing ones to view, modify, or delete them.
Search Interruption Reasons
The form consists of a filter area and a results area. Once all desired filters are set, simply click the Search button to display the results within the results grid.
Insert Interruption Reasons
To insert new codings, you need to click on the first empty row in the grid or press the New button.
Specific fields:
Code: indicates the code of the interruption reason;
Description: indicates the description of the interruption reason;
Ordinary Overhaul: currently not implemented;
Extraordinary Overhaul: currently not implemented;
Overhaul Order Generation: currently not implemented;
Users: used in the staff hours management form present in Production > Production Hours Management > Staff Hours Management;
Absence: used in the staff hours management form present in Production > Production Hours Management > Staff Hours Management;
Disposal: used in the staff hours management form present in Production > Production Hours Management > Staff Hours Management;
Default: used in the staff hours management form present in Production > Production Hours Management > Staff Hours Management;
Default Disposal: used in the staff hours management form present in Production > Production Hours Management > Staff Hours Management;
Indirect: currently not implemented;
Machine: currently not implemented;
Type: indicates the type of the suspension reason and can be:Production: indicates that the time that elapses between the suspension and the subsequent resumption is considered as lost time due to external causes to the company (for example, non-compliant material sent by the supplier/customer);
Rig: indicates that the time that elapses between the suspension and the subsequent resumption is considered as setup time;
Loss: indicates that the time that elapses between the suspension and the subsequent resumption is considered as lost time due to internal causes to the company;
Maintenance: indicates that the time that elapses between the suspension and the subsequent resumption is considered as maintenance time on the plant.
