Fixed Assets Parameters
The parameters of the Asset module are located in [Home>Parameters>Finance].
RIBBON BAR: the ribbon bar represents the form menu, that is the area in which the user can make actions related to the procedure in use. The list of the features is the following:
| Function | Meaning |

| Save Parameters | It enables the user to save the parameters set. |
| Cancel Settings | It enables the user to cancel settings. |
| Function | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Verify Precode | If the flag is set, the precode must be predefined in the table and it cannot be freely set during the creation of the asset. |
| View Amount | If the flag is set, the amount is visible. |
| Default UM | It defines the Default UM if the previous flag is set. |
| Percentage on the Single Asset | The set flag activates a field, in the upper part of the asset, where you can set a depreciation percentage that is a prior percentage compared to the one set in the asset correspondent category. |
| Division Management | If the flag is set, you can assign, within the assets register, the division you need, otherwise the field is set by default. |
