Reports
Several Reports are available. To preview each print, you need to set the desired filters and press the Preview button on the toolbar. This operation will display the print on the screen without changing the document status. If you need to proceed with printing on paper or save it to a file, you need to click the Print Report button.
Order Confirmation Print
This print allows for printing Orders as Order Confirmations to be sent directly to the customer.
With the available filters, it is possible to filter the documents for a more targeted search; for example, I can print confirmed orders only from a certain date, those not delivered, not fulfilled, etc.
With this print, each order is paginated separately, each with the following sections:
- Header with Logo and business information
- Order information (type, number, date, etc.)
- Customer information (VAT number, agent, etc.)
- Order details (item code, quantity, price, etc.)
- Order summary (total goods, expenses, total tax, etc.)
Order Labels
The function of this print is to generate physical labels for the identification and management of products or items that are part of an order.
With the available filters, it is possible to filter the documents for a more targeted search; for example, I can print confirmed orders only from a certain date, those not delivered, not fulfilled, etc.
The print creates labels with the following information:
- Header with Logo and business information
- Item label with barcode, unit of measure, quantity, and item description
- Customer and order information containing the item
Picking List
This print is a document used in the context of warehouse management and logistics to help operators correctly pick the necessary items to fulfill a customer order.
With the available filters, it is possible to filter the documents for a more targeted search; for example, I can print orders of a certain type, those not delivered, not fulfilled, etc.
With this print, each order is paginated separately, each with the following sections:
- Header with Logo and business information
- Order information (number and date) and customer information
- Shipping information
- Order details (item code, unit of measure, etc.)
- Stock of the item in the warehouse, ordered quantity, picked quantity (field to be filled manually by the operator who will pick the quantity from the warehouse)
DN Orders Fulfillment List
This print provides a list of orders with any linked DN.
With the available filters, it is possible to filter the documents for a more targeted search; for example, I can print orders of a certain type, those not delivered, not fulfilled, etc.
By default, the orders are grouped by year and order type, so for the same year and type, the Sales Orders will be listed with corresponding number, date, and customer.
If the order has been fulfilled in a DN, it will be reported below the order, with corresponding number, date, type, items, unit of measure, ordered quantity, and delivered quantity.
Orders List
This print provides a detailed summary of the entered orders in the form of a list.
With the available filters, it is possible to filter the documents for a more targeted search; in this print, it is also possible to set a sort order by Customer (default), Number, or Order Type.
In the print, under the same customer/number/order type (based on the chosen sorting), the orders are listed with the following data: divided, amount, item, VAT, etc.
Each line of the list is occupied by an item from the order.
Quantity Orders Portfolio
This print serves to provide a detailed and up-to-date overview of the orders; it is particularly useful for logistical coordination, as it allows for a clear view of which and how many units of products still need to be delivered.
With the available filters, it is possible to filter the documents for a more targeted search; it is also possible to set a sort order by Item, Number, Date, Customer, Ready goods date, Delivery date, Customer.
The result is a list of orders, indicating any fulfillment documents if existing, and for each item, the ordered, delivered, and remaining quantities are indicated.
Value Orders Portfolio
This print provides a summary of orders received but not yet fully fulfilled, based on the monetary value of each order. This document is particularly useful for sales, finance, and strategic management departments, as it offers a clear view of the potential revenue related to ongoing orders.
With the available filters, it is possible to filter the documents for a more targeted search; it is also possible to set a sort order by Item, Number, Date, Customer, Ready goods date, Delivery date, Customer.
The result is a list of orders with for each item indicated ordered, delivered, and remaining values.
Orders Due Date Schedule
This print provides a detailed overview of the due dates and delivery terms related to orders that are not fully fulfilled.
With the available filters, it is possible to filter the documents for a more targeted search; it is also possible to set a sort order by Delivery Date or Customer.
In the print, under the same customer/delivery date (based on the chosen sorting), the orders for each item are listed with the following data: number, entry date, fulfillment status, remaining quantity, etc.
