Production Order Search
The module for managing Production Orders in Fluentis is a dynamic and versatile solution designed to effectively support the control and planning of production activities. Directly from the main form, users can manage orders in various states, including "Launched" and "Executive", allowing for a clear distinction between orders ready to start and those already in execution.
One of the main features is the ability to create various batches from a single production order, thus allowing greater flexibility and more precise management of the quantities to be produced. Each batch can be associated with specific details, ensuring optimal traceability. The intuitive management of orders not only simplifies the monitoring of production phases but also facilitates adjustments to changes in operational needs, making Fluentis a strategic ally for production efficiency.
The Production Orders module allows you to manage production orders.
The document search form allows for the search of all documents in order to view, modify, and possibly delete them or proceed to the insertion of a new document; the window consists of a filter area and a result grid.
Once all desired filters are set, simply click the Search button present on the Ribbon bar to display the results within the result grid.
To open the details of a document, simply select it and double-click with the mouse, or click the Modify button (which allows entering the details and modifying them) or the View button (which allows entering the details and viewing them but without the ability to modify them).

Specific buttons:
Generate batches: this button, which only becomes enabled after selecting an order, allows you to create production batches based on the quantity of the production order itself; thus, it provides the ability to create new production orders with the same main number but with a different batch number, and for each of them, it allows you to specify the quantities to produce;
The quantity of the originating batch cannot be changed if Pick Lists, Production declarations have already been created, or if some materials have already been consumed. In these cases, it is still possible to create new production batches, but without being able to change the quantity of the originating batch.
Select project: this button allows you to associate a project with the selected production orders;
Recalculate Availability: this button initiates the calculation of availability for the selected production orders;
Modify order status: this button, which only becomes enabled after selecting one or more orders, allows you to change the status of the selected orders (Launched, Executive, Fulfilled, Historical);
Complete Orders Data: this button, which only becomes enabled after selecting one or more orders, allows you to regenerate the production order data, replacing it with those present in the bill of materials and in the workflow present in the registry;
Costs Recalculation of Production Order: this button allows you to recalculate the production costs of the selected production orders.
