Print Planned Orders

This window enables the user to print a list of production or subcontractor purchase planned orders together with the possibility to detail the visualization; the planned orders can be filtered and ordered according to a series of parameters. The window that enables the user to print the planned orders is located within the following path Production > MPS > Reports > Planned Orders and it consists of 6 different sections:

Filters: in this section it is possible to insert manually production job order type, year and number and the planned order number in order to filter. In addition it is possible to filter per item class, code, description and variant of planned order, sales job order and customer, estimated workin start date from…to…. Lastly it is possible to decide if it is necessary to view or not the maintenance orders by using the special flag

Report Type: in this section it is possible to filter according to tha fact that the planned order is in delay or expired

Sorting: in this section it is possible to decide which sorting type it is necessary to give to the print report

Detail: in this section it is possible to view or not the list detail of materials contained into the planned order and the estimated phases. Obviuosly this detail level occurs only for production and subcontractor planned orders

Order Type: in this section it is possible to filter according to the procurement type inserted into the planned order header

Report Parameters: in this section it is possible to set the copies number to be printed and the printout to be used

RIBBON BAR: it represents the Form Menu, that is the area in which it is possible to perform actions linked to the procedure in use. The list of features is the following:
