Visit Report Search

The Visit Reports module allows the operator to manage the visits made by the company's sales force to CRM contacts. They are accessible from Home > My CRM Area > Visit Report.
This document contains a detailed account of the meeting with the customer or potential customer, including relevant information such as the topics discussed, the needs expressed by the customer, the opportunities identified, any actions to be taken, and the conclusions of the meeting. The visit report is a crucial tool for keeping track of interactions with customers and for effectively planning subsequent actions.
