Purchase Job Order Types

The table can be accessed through the path Tables > Purchases > Purchase Job Order Types and is used to determine the properties of a purchase job order.

The fields present are:

Type/Description of purchase job order type: these are mandatory fields to define the type of job order.

Hierarchical structure: if set, the display of items in the job order is hierarchical.

Numeration: to select the appropriate numeration.

Print Report allows you to specify the print template that will be used during the printing of the job order, through the field Number of copies, which indicates the default number of copies of the document proposed for printing.
