Search Agent Settlements

The agents settlements search procedure has been created to enable the user to search previously inserted settlements in order to view, to edit, to delete and to cancel them or to insert a new settlement, after having considered necessary user's rights for these operations.

Through filters it is possible to view: a settlement (e.g. search by settlement number), more settlements (e.g. search by date), settlements inserted in a year (e.g. search by year), documents inserted for a certain agent (e.g. search by agent code), settlements that have commissions of specific document (order, delivery note or invoice according to the settlement status, as ordered, delivered, on invoiced/expired/collected).

RIBBON BAR: it represents the Form menu, that is the area in which it is possible to perform actions. The list of features is the following:

Edit SettlementsButton to edit a previously inserted settlement.
View SettlementsButton to view a previously inserted settlement. No modifications are possible.
Delete SettlementsButton to delete a previously inserted settlement.

FILTER AREA: The filter area contains the list of possible data types thanks to which it is possible to perform a selection. Typically filters have 'AND' condition and it is possible to specify more filter criteria at the same time.

RESULT GRID: The result grid represents the list of settlements which correspond to filter data, above mentioned. After having specified values through which it is possible to obtain records search, the user, by clicking on [Search ] button on the related Ribbon, will obtain the list of desired settlements on the result grid.
