Depreciation

At the opening of the mask it will be possible to go on to set reference year, record dates and accrual (the second one will correspond certainly to the end of accounting period of the reference year, while the first one could refer to the current year), accounting template of detection and grouping flag in a single record. Through this option all movements will be inserted into the same record and amounts, of the same detail account, will be grouped in an only one movement.

RIBBON BAR: the ribbon bar represents the Form menu, that is the area on which it is possible to perform actions linked to the procedure in use. The possible features list is the following:

Function	Meaning
Search	It searches the list of depreciation calculations performed.
Depreciation	It performs the calculation for the selected lines.
View Fixed Asset	It views the fixed asset register whose depreciation has been selected in grid.
