Intrastat2

The Intrastat2 declarations search procedure consists as follows:

RIBBON BAR: it represents the Form menu, that is the area in which it is possible to perform actions linked to the procedure in use. The list of features is the following:

FunctionMeaning
SearchButton to apply search filters within database of the previously inserted Intrastat2 declarations. There is also the possibility to search per summary type, period, year and presentation number.
Create NewIt refers to the procedure to insert a new Intrastat2 declaration.
Edit Selected IntrastatIt refers to the procedure to edit a new previously inserted Intrastat2 declaration.
DeleteIt refers to the procedure to delete a new previously inserted Intrastat2 declaration.
Export on FileButton to create and export the electronic file together with file save in a directory chosen by the user.
Import from FileButton to import an Intrastat2 declaration from electronic file.

Document ManagerButton to connect to the document management.

FILTER AREA: the filter area contains the list of possible data types thanks to which it is possible to perform a selection, a research on the total of the inserted declarations. Typically filters have always 'AND' condition and it is possible to specify more search filters at the same time.

RESULT GRID: the result grid represents the list of Intrastat1 declarations which correspond to data filter, above mentioned. After having specified values through which it is possible to obtain a declarations search, the user, by clicking on [Search] button on the related Ribbon, will obtain the list of the desired declarations on result grid.
