Search Mid-Year Accounts Closures
The Search Mid-Year Accounts Closure procedure has been created in order to enable the user to search easily closures, previously created, in order to view, to edit and to delete them, if necessary. Through the search closures procedure it is possible to perform all necessary operations about document, after having obtained the necessary user's rights.
The search mid-year accounts closure procedure consists as follows:
RIBBON BAR: it represents the Form menu, that is the area in which it is possible to perform actions about a pre-existing document, rather than to create a new one. The list of features is the following:

Search Closure | Button to apply search filters within database of the inserted mid-year closures |
Create New Closure | It refers to the procedure to insert a new mid-year closure |
Edit Closure Record | It refers to the procedure to edit the first mid-year closure record |
View Closure Records | It refers to the procedure to view the first mid-year closure record |
Delete the Selected Closures | It performs the procedure to delete a mid-year closure, with all records associated. It is not possible to delete a closure if this has been used in a reclassification or in a budget variances analysis |
FILTER AREA: the filter area contains the list of possible data types thanks to which it is possible to perform a selection, a research on the total closures inserted. Typically filters have always 'AND' condition and it is possible to specify more search filters at the same time.
RESULT GRID: the result grid represents the list of closures which correspond to filter data, above mentioned. After having specified values through which to obtain a closures search, the user, by clicking on the [Search Closures] button on the related Ribbon, will obtain the list of the desired closures on result grid.
